JUBILEE MUSIC AND ARTS (JMAF) 2024 Awards

Nomination Eligibility Criteria

The JMAF 2024 Awards seek to recognize exceptional talents across various artistic disciplines within Omega Fire Ministries (OFM). To ensure fairness and uphold the integrity of the awards, all nominees must meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Ministry Membership

  • Nominees must be active members of Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the nomination period.
    • This ensures the nominee has shown commitment and involvement in the ministry’s activities and events.

2. Talent and Arts Forum Registration

  • Nominees must have been registered members of the OFM Talent and Arts Forum for a minimum of 12
    • Registration ensures that the nominee is recognized as part of the ministry’s official artistic and creative community, contributing to its goals and initiatives.

3. Content Quality and Relevance

  • Nominees must submit content that aligns with the artistic and spiritual standards of the JMAF Awards, meeting all specified entry
    • Submitted works should reflect artistic excellence and must align with the ministry’s values, with clear guidelines communicated for each category.

4. Financial Contribution (JMAF Levy)

  • Nominees must have contributed financially to the Jubilee Music and Arts Festival 2024 by paying the designated “JMAF Levy”.
    • This contribution supports the logistics and execution of the festival, reflecting the nominee’s active participation in the

5. Disciplinary Standing

  • Nominees must not be under any form of disciplinary action within their local branch or talent
    • Individuals currently undergoing disciplinary measures, suspension, or similar penalties are ineligible for nomination to uphold the moral and ethical standards of the awards.

6. Publicity and Promotion Commitment

  • Nominees are required to actively promote official JMAF 2024 publicity materials across their social media
    • Active engagement in promoting the event helps in raising awareness, encouraging community participation, and showcasing support for the ministry’s initiatives.

7. Creative Contribution to Ministry Events

  • Nominees must have demonstrated consistent artistic contribution to OFM events within the last 12
    • Participation in ministry activities (such as performances, exhibitions, or contributions to events) shows their dedication to using their talents for ministry purposes.

8. Originality and Ownership

  • All submitted content must be original and produced by the Collaborative works must clearly credit all contributors.
    • This ensures that all nominations are authentic and that proper recognition is given to all involved parties.

9. Alignment with Ministry Values

  • Nominees’ work must uphold and reflect the core values and mission of OFM.
    • All submissions should align with the ministry’s spiritual and cultural ethos, contributing positively to its vision.

10. Global Participation

  • Nominees from all geographical regions where OFM has a presence are eligible, provided they meet the other
    • This reflects OFM’s global reach and ensures inclusivity for artists from both local and international branches.

  1. Submission Deadline: All nominations must be submitted before the official closing date announced for the JMAF 2024
  2. Verification Process: All nominees’ eligibility will be verified by the respective local Talent and Arts Forum committees before final
